1. Do Meditation

Medication is always believed to relieve the pain or strain you are suffering from mentally. Meditation also helps to improve the coordination between the nerves of the body and make you feel relaxed.


Yoga is the best way to do meditation and this way you can also improve your memory. Your neurons will start to strike the brain fast and eventually, your brain starts to work faster than before.


You can do several Pranayam for this to do meditation. It is better to watch videos on youtube on how to do meditation. You can also watch baba Ramdev's videos, he teaches the best way by which you can do the best possible meditation beneficial for your mind and health.


2.Exercise Daily

As we all know that a healthy mind lives in a healthy body Doing Exercise daily helps a lot in improving the brain and memory. Exercise helps to improve the blood flow in several parts of the body and also helps to maintain good blood circulation. Exercise also relieves your body from the stress that is caused by several long hours sitting off by doing work that makes you stay in one place.


3. Eat Healthy

Eating healthy can make you body good internally. By eating healthy you will improve your vitamins minerals and other nutrients levels of your body. This will fill the gap that your body may be lacking, and make your mind work faster.


You can eat food like walnut, almonds, and the foods that are rich in nutrients like omega 3, 6 and vitamin E, A.


4. Do not indulge yourself in Social Media

Nowadays social media has become so popular that many peoples are benefitted from it but at the same time, it is ruining the lives of many peoples. Staying and browsing on social media can make your mind to work differently and can also make you think about some content every time even when you are studying.


Do not install social media apps or if you still want to run social media on your phone then you can set a time limit according to yourself like of one hour or half-hour in which you only do social media but after and before this only study.


5.Control your Hormones

This is the most irresistible feeling when it comes to distraction. You can easily be distracted if your hormones start to dominate your body. To overcome you can do yoga or keep yourself in an environment where you will not feel anything of these kinds. Do focus only on your study.


6.Supportive Environment

A supportive environment here means that keep yourself with the people who are doing some preparation of something or who are extremely motivated. This keeps you motivated all the time and you will get in competition you will also get the feeling that you have to do something in your future or you have to beat them or you have to be on number one.
